How Sewage Cleanup Fresno Works
This is a referral website with a simple model, explained up front: you describe the problem, we route it to a licensed local restoration contractor who has passed our checks, and they do the work under a written quote you approve.
You send the form
Three short steps: what you need, where it happened, how to reach you. You get a downloadable copy of your request for your own records.
A vetted local contractor takes the job
Your request goes to one local restoration contractor. Before any contractor receives referrals from this site, we verify an active California contractor license for the work and current liability insurance.
You get credentials in writing
The contractor contacts you, assesses the damage, and provides a written, itemized quote that includes their license and insurance details — before you approve anything.
Then the cleanup itself
- Extraction — standing sewage and water removed.
- Contaminated-material removal — porous materials sewage touched are removed and disposed of properly.
- Cleaning & disinfecting — hard surfaces washed and treated with professional antimicrobials.
- Structural drying — equipment runs until moisture readings confirm the structure is dry, following the IICRC S500 professional standard.
- Documentation — photos, moisture logs, and the itemized scope go into your insurance file.
What we're honest about
- You pay the contractor, never this website. Our role is the connection and the vetting, and referrals stop if a contractor ever fails a check.
- No invented credentials. This site shows no license numbers, ratings, or testimonials, because the contractor assigned to your job is the one whose credentials matter — and you get those in writing, with your quote, before work starts.
- Prices here are published ranges, gathered from national cost guides and cited on the cost page. They are planning numbers; the contractor's on-site quote is the price.
- One contractor, not an auction. Your details go to a single vetted contractor for your job — not sold to a list of callers.
